This document is intended to inform the user of third-party services utilized by Rep Health.
Including the policies the user is implicitly agreeing to and what data is being shared.

Terms and definitions

Third-party services are independent entities which operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, but may perform tasks or functions on behalf of Rep Health.
Rep Health is required to share data with these services in order to effectively utilize them.
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is any data which can be used to identify a person, such as name and email.
- "The website" is the Rep Health website located at rephealth.com.
- "The app" is the Rep Health web app located at app.rephealth.com.
Google Analytics
policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites By default the app and website use Google Analytics and you agree that you understand how Google Analytics collects and processes your data.
Some of the data collected by Google Analytics includes:
- View, click/touch, and scroll events on pages
- Device, browser, and session information
- Approximate geolocation
On the app you may opt-out of Google Analytics by being logged in and visiting the settings page located at
app.rephealth.com/settings.
On the app and website you will be opted-out automatically if your browser has Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track enabled indicating that you do not want to be tracked.
On the website we otherwise currently do not provide an opt-out.
Mailgun Technologies Inc
www.mailgun.com/legal/privacy-policy By using the app you agree that you understand how Mailgun Technologies Inc collects and processes your data.
The following data is shared with Mailgun Technologies Inc via their Mailgun Send service in order to deliver emails, which may contain personally identifiable information:
- Email address
- Email subject
- Email content/body
We currently do not provide an opt-out for sharing this data with Mailgun Technologies Inc.
OpenAI LLC
openai.com/policies By using the app you agree that you understand how OpenAI LLC collects and processes your data.
The following personal information may be shared with OpenAI LLC:
- Precise body measurements (e.g. age, height, width, fat percentage, circumferences)
- Body injuries and pains
- Exercise frequency, habits, and goals
- Life events which affect body weight
- Dietary restrictions and habits
- Cooking frequency
- Water intake frequency
- Well-being history and goals
- Stress levels
- Sleep duration, habits, and goals
We currently do not provide an opt-out for sharing this data with OpenAI LLC.
Zoho Corporation
www.zoho.com/privacy By using the app you agree that you understand how Zoho Corporation collects and processes your data.
The following personally identifiable information is shared with Zoho Corporation via Zoho CRM:
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
We currently do not provide an opt-out for sharing this data with Zoho Corporation.
