Our Story

Health isn’t a sprint. It’s a shift-by-shift commitment.

Meet Our Founder

Callen McGibbon

Callen McGibbon believes health is the foundation of strength, in life and at work. And for him, helping people protect it isn’t just a job. It’s a mission.

Long before Rep Health was built, Callen was training some of the hardest-working people in the world, from professional athletes to everyday workers rebuilding after injury. As a certified performance trainer and sleep and recovery coach, he built Healthy Living, an elite training center in Sudbury, Ontario, over 20 years ago.

There, he worked with Olympic gold medalist Rebecca Johnston and NHL players Leon Draisaitl and Nick and Marcus Foligno, but also with miners, tradespeople, and workers striving to get stronger after long shifts underground or on the floor.

No matter who stood in front of him, Callen’s method was the same: measure, track, adjust and improve. Because what gets measured, gets better.

Building Health from the Ground Up

That same belief: that everyone deserves access to real, measurable health tools, sparked something bigger.

Before COVID, Callen started developing a physical and health education curriculum for kids. Why?
Because building lifelong habits starts early, and every child deserves a chance to learn how to move, rest, and live well.

Today, when unions partner with Rep Health, they can pay it forward by gifting this curriculum to schools in their community, keeping the next generation of workers strong before they even enter the workforce.

Where the Work Meets the Worker

From there, Callen and his team created a digital platform that helps workers and unions track the real impact of their jobs on their health: body, movement, nutrition, mindset, and sleep.

This technology revealed something powerful:
When workers can see how their shifts, sleep, and stress add up, they can change it, and fight for safer, stronger workplaces.

Rep Health isn’t about corporate wellness metrics.

It’s about worker data turned into worker power.
